Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We cannot accept merchandise that is returned without a return request.

Damage problem

Please inspect your order upon delivery and if the item is faulty, damaged or has been sent to the wrong address, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return it and purchase a new item if the return is accepted.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
